Woodsy Walk

No visit to Vancouver is complete without a lovely romp in the woods. This one was particularly delicious with lots of salmon berries and a number of ferocious trolls.

Parting ritual

Our last day in Montreal before departing for Vancouver Lily and Alice spent with their friends Angeli and Marion who then lived on our street but were set to move on the first of July to another neighborhood. So much fun has been rarely had in so little square footage!

Les Gas de Schiste

Lily's activist streak got off to a good start this summer as she joined all the Taillefer family in the huge protest in Montreal against the Gas de Schiste. Her message was simpler than some but very heartfelt.
