Rachel's unique feather-like swirls were then developed...
with the pointilliste approach experimented by several of us (here me)
with disasters along the way, of course... (here the "depressed frog", also by me ;-)
and possibly the masterpiece of them all: a red-winged blackbird by Rowan-the-Great !
